To achieve a cycle time of more than 10 parts per minute when feeding the boards into the press, we recommend this board feeder featuring overhead magnetic belts for magnetic sheets. With that, the stack of sheets are fed to the feeder with moving lifting tables, removed with a suctioning unit and then passed along to the magnetic conveyor. In the frontal area, a mechanical centralization of the parts is made before they are taken by the feeder system of the press.
