Fine Lubrication devices

Contact-free lubricant or medium application on surfaces from top and bottom; quantity and latitude regulated

Our fine lubrication device was developed to apply any fluid medium consistently on surfaces without the annoying haze that usually accumulates with nozzle systems. Due to the good, precisely repetitive adjustability, the device is suitable for many applications.

The lubrication device works in a contact-free manner. This makes it possible to also lubricate sensitive or abnormal surfaces. Depending on the model, our fine lubrication device can lubricate from top to bottom, from bottom to top or on both sides

Principle of the function for the lubrication device
A simple principle of functioning is the prerequisite for minimal maintenance.

  Lubrication in a slitting line
After slitting, the slitting strips can be lubricated contact-free from the top or from the bottom or from the top and the bottom

Lubrication in a cut-to-length line
After the cut-to-length, the boards can be lubricated contact-free from the top or from the bottom or from the top and the bottom.
  Lubrication before a press
Lubrication of the boards before conversion in the press.

Lubrication of a four-high rolling mill
The coil is lubricated after the last thrust from the opening on the top of the roll stand.
  Lubrication in a pickling line
After the chemical portion of a pickling process, coils are lubricated (protection against corrosion) in doses before the uncoiler

Refill station
For filling the integrated lubricant filler from the 200 l oil drums.

Lubrication machine for roof tile manufacturing
Usage of our fine lubrication devices for applying the releasing agents.
