We deliver automatic PU applications and assembly fixtures for RRI (roof reinforcement and insulation) via industrial robots. As can be seen in the video, the roof reinforcement is conducted by robots and moved under the application nozzle to the PU application. Afterwards, the robot brings the roof reinforcement into the vehicle under the vehicle's interior roof. The patented air cushion now comes to use. These are integrated in the assembly fixture and are filled with air in the vehicle. As such, an optimal pressing of the roof reinforcement onto the curvature of the interior roof is achieved.
