Manual application systems are, according to customer requisites, designed to match the container sizes to be processed. In addition, the type of pumps that are to be used (scoop piston pumps, ball valve pumps, screw pumps, gear pumps, diaphragm pumps and combinations of various pumps) are determined depending on the type of adhesive or the required dosage. In this case, the type of drive is either pneumatic, hydraulic or electric. The processing temperature range of the PU adhesive can be from room temperature right up to 200 degrees Celsius.
The application systems feature a hydraulic hose (if necessary, heated), which is adjusted to the length of application desired by the customer. The application pistol used by the operator features of different application nozzle depending on the type of application (bead, airless, whirl spray, a wide slit or flat stream). |
